As I keep on doing more research on the hostile, vindictive treatment I have and am enduring from my previous landlord, Duran Rentals, I found this resource for those out there that find themselves in the same or similar situation I find myself in. As I have said before, you have to KNOW your rights to be able to defend yourself as slumlords are NASTY, VINDICTIVE property owners that don't know and recognize the rights of tenants!
