I have learned that The Act of 1871 passed by Congress created a separate “corporation” known as THE UNITED STATES & corporate government for the District of Columbia. Thus DC acts as a Corporation through the Act.”;
I have learned that Congressional Record, June 13, 1967, pp. 15641-15646, states, A “citizen of the United States” is a civilly dead entity operating as a co-trustee and co-beneficiary of the PCT, the private constructive, cestui que trust of US Inc. under the 14th Amendment, which upholds the debt of the USA and US Inc.;
I have learned that US Supreme Court ruling of Penhallow v. Doane’s Administrators, (3 U.S. 54; l L.Ed. 57; 3 Dall. 54), which states the following:
“Inasmuch as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other artificial persons. The imaginary, having neither actuality nor substance, is foreclosed from creating and attaining parity with the tangible. The legal manifestation of this is that no government, as well as any law, agency, aspect, court, etc. can concern itself with anything other than corporate, artificial persons and the contracts between them.” S.C.R. 1795, (3 U.S. 54; l L.Ed. 57; 3 Dall. 54);
Therefore, I corrected my citizenship status from a statutory US Citizen to an American National, which means I have DIPLOMATIC MUNITY to ALL codes, statutes, executive orders, rules, mandates, etc., effective December of 2020. Therefore, the US Federal Government NO LONGER had ANY jurisdiction over me, Patricia Ann Bennett, the living, breathing woman of God.
I NO longer register any vehicle belongings to me; I no longer pay taxes to the Internal Revenue Service or the IRS (these are actually 2 DIFFERENT agencies); if someone violates ANY of my human rights, I CAN & WILL get financial remedy against them by doing the administrative process and filing and collecting on a commercial lien against them.
If I go into a store WITHOUT a mask and get harassed, I can, will & DO get remedy!
