Senator Webb Introduces Bill to Overhaul America's Criminal Justice System



I think if a criminal suspect that is arrested for murder (there is no statute of limitations on murder), and admits in court that he/she did it, instead of sentencing the person to 25 years to life, which causes overcrowding of our prisons, just immediately sentence the person to death. This would help prevent the overspending of prisons, as this is possibly one reason our economy has suffered so much in the past 5 years.
