This is truly a clear sign of "the end times" that the Bible speaks of.  Be NOT deceived, people, the Bible is clear about the end of the world, the rule of Satan here on Earth and the fact that those left behind and not taken to Heaven in the Rapture of Christ will have to have the mark of the Beast, which is 666, on them in order to survive here on Earth.

Let me point out something else...."chips" are mentioned in this video.  You know, like microchips, like lots of people have in their animals for supposedly "safety" reasons in the event your animal runs away from home.  I've even heard some prisons put chips in their inmates.  Now, there are debit cards with chips in them.  But what about our fundamental right to privacy guaranteed to us in the Unites States Constitution???  I will DIE before I let anybody put a chip in me!!!!!

Here is another update on my issue with Duran Rentals: In the property manager's documentation of supposed security deposit deductions, she put in their that there were cat feces all throughout the house when we moved out, which is a lie & I can prove it is a lie. You see, the day we surrendered the keys to the property manager, I took pictures (my camera date stamps the pictures) which PROVE there were no cat feces throughout the house. Besides, people who KNOW me & my character, know I don't live that way as it is NASTY & can bring disease.

Housing Laws

I got to my new place in Sacramento, called Bent Tree Apartments.  When the manager went over the lease with me, she TOLD me I had a right, under law, to a pre-move out inspection to give me a chance to fix any damages I may cause during the time I live in the unit.  I was NEVER told this information by ANY employee of Duran Rentals nor their property management company when I signed a lease with them.

Plus, I finally got a chance to speak briefly with my attorney about the move out and the ABSURD charges they are saying I owe and my attorney said they are crooks, which made me feel empowered and it made me know I'm doing the right thing for standing up for my rights and getting my attorney involved!!!

See, it pays to know your rights under the law and stand up for those rights!

Move-Out Inspection

First, when you rent a place, you need to know that you have a right, by law (CCP 1950.5) to request a pre-move out inspection, about two to three weeks BEFORE you move out.  This gives you, the tenant, a chance to go over any damages in the unit with the appropriate person so you can have a chance to fix them to protect your security deposit.

Also, take MANY, MANY pictures.

In a nutshell, this is some of what happened to me.  The property manager of the place I rented from, Duran Rentals, did the walk through inspection with me on the day we were vacating.  She was very rushed about it.  She walked around the back of the house (my daughter SAW her), and NEVER said anything about the furniture items we had left by the dumpster (there is no way you can walk behind the house and not see the furniture we left by the dumpster!).  The next day, I got a NASTY email from her saying the neighbors complained about it and if I didn't move the items, they would do it and just charge me out of my security deposit, which I was ok with.  She did mention "illegal dumping" is a crime.  I emailed her back telling her I knew my rights and I probably would not get arrested for that.  She emailed me back threatening to call law enforcement on me if I did not remove the item by a certain date.

This woman also accused me of "locking my cat up", which is a form of animal abuse.  Needless to say, I have provided all this documentation to my attorney as this is foul and vindictive treatment that no tenant should ever have to endure!
